Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We use reliable carriers like PostNL and DHL to ship our orders.

• The Netherlands: 1-3 business days
• European Union: 3-7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Formula Plus is not liable for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer two different return options depending on your situation.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

• Conditions: To be eligible for this return, your item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original, sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products with a broken seal.
• Refund: You will receive a full refund of the product price. This is excluding the shipping costs.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you have used the product as directed for and are not satisfied with the results, you may be eligible for our money-back guarantee.

• Mandatory Conditions: To qualify, you must take daily photographs of your teeth to document the product's results over an at least 14-day period. If there are no significant changes, you will receive your money back. This evidence is required to process your claim.
• Refund: If your claim is approved, you will receive a refund for the product's purchase price.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the costs of shipping the (empty or used) product container back to us.

Return Instructions

Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

Step 1: Contact Us to Start Your Return

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Email our support team at info@formula-plus.com with the following information:

• Your full name and order number.
• The reason for your return (e.g., "14-Day Withdrawal" or "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Claim").
• For money-back guarantee claims, please attach your complete set of 30 daily photos.

Step 2: Await Approval and Instructions

Our team will review your request.

• For withdrawals, we will confirm the return.
• For guarantee claims, we will assess your photographic evidence.

We will then provide you with detailed instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely package the item(s) you are returning. Please include your original packing slip or a note with your name and order number inside the package.

Step 4: Ship the Package to Us

We will inform you the address of the warehouse you can send the package to.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return package until it is delivered to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
